Conditions d'utilisation
Dernière mise à jour : October 12, 2026
These terms govern the use of TRD Leads (the “service”), operated by The Run Digital, a company based in Quebec, Canada. By signing in, you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of the business whose workspace you use. The price, billing and duration of the service are set out in the separate agreement between that business and The Run Digital; if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
1. The service
TRD Leads collects the enquiries a business receives from its website forms and ads, lets its staff follow up on them and book visits, and lets The Run Digital monitor how quickly they are handled. Optional integrations (Facebook Lead Ads, Google Calendar) connect to third-party services under those services’ own terms.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in link and password to yourself, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners decide who is invited and what role they have, and are responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.
- Our agency staff can view a client’s workspace to provide support and monitoring. They do so as part of the service, not as a member of your team.
3. Your data
- The leads and everything your team records about them belong to your business. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
- Your business is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact its leads, and for the content of the emails it chooses to send to them through the service.
- Deleting a lead is permanent. We do not keep backups longer than needed to recover from a technical failure.
- When your business stops using the service, you can ask for an export of its leads; we then delete its data as set out in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- import or send personal information you have no right to use, or use the service to send unsolicited messages;
- try to access another workspace’s data, probe or overload the service, or get around its security;
- use the service in breach of the law, including anti-spam and privacy laws, or of the terms of a connected third-party service.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other clients or the people in it at risk, and will tell the workspace owner why.
5. Third-party integrations
When you connect Google Calendar or a Facebook Page, you authorize us to use that account only as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services, or for changes they make to their own platforms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it “as is”, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time and will give workspace owners reasonable notice before removing a feature they rely on.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Run Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or a missed lead, and its total liability related to the service is limited to the amounts the business paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Quebec.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and notify workspace owners by email of significant changes at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
