TRD Leads is the lead tracking platform The Run Digital provides to its client businesses. It gathers the enquiries a business receives from its website forms, Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads landing pages into one place, so its team can respond quickly, track each lead’s status, and book in-person visits.

What it does

• Collects new leads automatically from the business’s forms and ads.
• Shows them on a board where staff update the status, add notes and set follow-ups.
• Books visits with a built-in calendar, and can send the customer a confirmation and a reminder.
• Lets the agency see how quickly leads are answered.

Google Calendar

A workspace owner can connect a Google account so that every visit booked in TRD Leads also appears in a dedicated “TRD Leads” calendar in their Google Calendar. TRD Leads only accesses the calendar it creates; it cannot see the owner’s other calendars or events. Details are in our privacy policy.
